A few residents have requested to add river rocks in their ditch line. The HOA currently does not have a prohibition against this. However, before installing the rocks, the home owner must contact the county to request approval. There is no charge for gaining an approval permit but be aware that after installing the rocks, the county requires that the homeowner take all future responsibility and liability for maintaining the ditch line.
